• Half of payment due before starting
• Other half due after completion of commission
• I will send: (1) a rough layout, (2) rough animation, (3) pre-color animation with clean lines, (4) and final animation. Major revisions can be done during (1) and (2), minor revisions and changes can be done during (3) and (4).
